At one time, I'd have said chuck it
But I was educated, adn we have an existing thread which says that dried is better than fresh mint for some Middle Eastern dishes :T
I'll add this to the existing thread so that you can see other suggeestions.

DH makes the following drink
Lime/ Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled) - 1.5 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Crushed Ice
Mint (Fresh or dried) - just a little bit
Top up with Lemonade or 7 up (I like 7 up)
Very refreshing0
