NR Together Loan

Eveinf All,
I recently redeemed my NR Together mortgage, and am now left with the unsecured part. I want to use the equity I managed to get from the sale of my house to pay of some of the remaining loan. Just wondering if NR recalculate the monthly payment if you pay off lump sums? I need to tighten the belt so to speak for the next few months!
Thanks.

As far as I know it would reduce the term not the monthly payment - you need to check with them though.0
