Hi, has anyone ever dealt with these? I've seen their website and I've typed them into Google and come across a couple of good and a couple of bad reviews. I'm just wondering if they are reliable or not. Thanks

I've used them and they took forever to deliver - infact I did have to write and tell them I was going to contact my cc company then my order arrived straightaway. They promised next day delivery when i first ordered!!
I wouldnt use them again.0 -
Thanks for that. That was the way I was leaning anyway.0

I´ve been waiting for my order from their european website for what seems like forever - it´s not that long really and they sent me an initial email explaining that there would be a slight delay. I´ve since sent many messages and have asked for my money back but have received no further reply!!
If anyone has any tips for me, I´d appreciate them - I´ve always been quite flippant when it comes to buying stuff off the internet and have never considered before what happens if it doesn´t arrive and you can´t get hold of the seller!!0 -
That is their tactic - several container delays (to rake interest on your money) and always 'keeping you informed'. I waited 4 months for a product, they even offered me a part refund to keep the order. The product arrived not as described, faulty and I have not received the partial refund offered. Send them a letter recorded delivery and keep a copy for yourself, stating you want your money back in two weeks or a reply within 10 days as to why they cannot refund. If they do not reply in time raise your case with Trading Standards, they will assist you using the 'Sale of Goods Act' - Good Luck!I´ve been waiting for my order from their european website for what seems like forever - it´s not that long really and they sent me an initial email explaining that there would be a slight delay.
