Bankruptcy, tax and self-employment.

Thanks for all the help.Just been to accountant he has sorted it all out (i hope).
My advise to any self employed people going bankrupt is to make sure your accountant has knowledge of bankruptcy rules and regs,if not change your accountant.

Did your accountant agree with my interpretation of the rules and regulations?

It's quite frustrating how little some professionals know about the implications of bankruptcy.

I have no idea whether he agreed or not.I was so wound up i just wanted him to do his job,we all pay enough to accounts.
I think it was beyond his brain capacity
