Interesting tips for reducing debt...?

Hello there,
I recently decided to work on getting out of debt, and I'm currently at just under £9k (on credit cards and overdraft). I want to be completely debt-free by my 30th birthday, which is 21-and-a-half months away, and I'm writing a blog as a sort of debt diary.
Thing is, I'm running out of interesting ideas on how to save and make money. I've covered all the usual stuff: conserving petrol, Ebay, mystery shopping, online surveys, balance transfers, etc.
Has anyone discovered any really interesting ways of cutting their debt that I might not have thought of?
Not necessarily stuff that has made you rich overnight - just interesting stuff that I could try out and report back on for the blog...

Sorry - no idea what this is. If it's something to do with paying off my most expensive debts first, I'm already doing that! Trying to get rid of my arch nemesis the Barclaycard first.Over £8k in credit card and overdraft debt, trying to get into the black by end of April 2010 - my 30th birthday!0 -
