but without the cca they cant really do that can they
im sure when they file it at court they need to have the CCA. its just a threat letter, obvoiusly dont ignore it, respond to it, and dont ring them. just resend the cca, the debts then in dispute.

    HTH melie:)

If they do take legal action your first line of defence is to request a copy of a valid CCA - I had this with Moorcroft, they couldnt produce, all went quiet, no legal action and now Thames Credit have picked up the baton........CCA'd them, the 12+ days have gone. It's a long old game.
    Good luck.

i just want to remind you and anyone dont forget the OS board, if youve not already visited. also your problems may only be short ones hopefully... me and hubby have had the roughest 3 months ever, but we seem to have turned a corner, and 2 weeks ago received an email out of the blue offering a job.. its only delivering parcels which its just handy for me with 3 kids. im not gonna be DF any time soon mind, but its a start. as long as your upfront to your creditors, your gonna be fine.

I'm in the worst possition i've ever been at the moment.

ALthough I know its my fault ive spent the money in the first place, it wasnt my fault i was made redundant. So feel I can face up to everything.

Lets hope i can find work soon.

    thanks again :)
