ErrorSafe Installer - can't get rid of it

Hi
Hope you can help, I've got an icon on pur PC which is ErrorSafe Installer, which is trying to install itself onto our PC, there is also a white disc on the rhs of the bottom tool bar which is the same thing. (btw This happened after my son had been using the PC). It's not listed in the program list you can view from the control panel settings.
I've tried to delete it, I've run Spybot and Adware and X-Cleaner to try and get rid of it, and it doesn't work. We have McAfee AV s/w and ZoneAlarm firewall, on a Win98SE operating system.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Well after chopping your son's hands off to stop him doing it again, you should
1) Ensure that AdAware & McAfee are up to date
2) Start the computer in Safe Mode
3) Run AdAware & MacAfee.
Hopefully that should get rid of the little !!!!!!.0
