Which address to put on BR forms??

We've (CAB) filled in our BR forms but have put down our current address on them, we will be moving into private rented housing before we go to court and I was just wondering whether the forms should say our new address instead?? CAB did know we would be moved before but after all the other mistakes she's made on the BR forms, I'm not confident this was right either!!

Was just wondering if anyone else knew which one to put, what did other people put?

Hi Molly,

Put the address you will be living at the day you go BR, there should be another section for previous addresses.

another question on the actual debtors petition form 6.37, it asks for name address and occupation, then 'also known as' underneath,
then 'lately residing at(c)' on the left side it says

"(c)Insert former address or addresses at which the debtor may have incurred debts or liabilities still unpaid or unsatisfied"

On the first part I will put in the new address, but as I'm leaving our house for volo repo, and thats where we accrued the debts, should I put that address into the 'lately residing at' section??

Probably a simple question but I'm too confused to think straight at the moment with these papers, trying to put all CABs mistakes right!!
