Had no idea which forum to put this in so please move if I've got it wrong.
In order to be moneysaving I've borrowed a moses basket from another family member and on getting it out of the bin bags they had it stored in, it seems to have quite a few of the really small whitish/brown bugs you sometimes find in flour in it (psocids?). I've washed the bedding and will be getting a new mattress but it appears they've made home within the basket itself. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of them? The only idea I could think of was freezing them but the basket is obviously too big to fit in the freezer. I'm not sure vacuuming will work as it'll be nigh on impossible to make sure you've got them all, including the eggs etc.
Any other ideas? Was really hoping to save some cash on this but don't want the baby going to bed with some bugs!

I've had this happen before on some storage baskets,I just pop them in the bath or shower give them a bit of a wash and let them dry outside.Wicker and reed basketwork washes realy well, just don't pull out of shape and allow them to dry in the sun.I thnk any type of basket will get this problem as it's natural material afterall.0
