Hi first post so sorry if in wrong place....
https://www.spreebook.com
Spreebooks are small A6 sized voucher discount books packed full of discounts - mainly for food & drink, entertainment and leisure. Lots of family eating, McDonalds, Brewers Fayre, tenpin bowling, paintball, etc etc some shopping discounts too.
Vast majority of discounts are bogofs, and the savings for the book are £3K+.
Types of discount vary by city, and only certain cities are covered - at the moment Aberdeen Dundee Glasgow Norwich.
Book itself expires end Sep 2006; https://www.spreebook.com have just released this years.
I'm not affilited with Spree in any way but I did buy one last year and raised funds for the National Autistic Society at the same time. The charity receives a small kickback from each book sold. We saved loads personally.
The website is currently being updated to show full details of what's in offer in the book where you live, but you could contact them direct for more info.
Hope this helps you save some cash

forgot to mention book itself costs £20
scroll down to bottom of home page and click on city to see offers in your area.
Last year the book came with an ID card which shows your name OR your family name e.g."The Smith family". i.e. The card is normally assigned to one person who must be there when the voucher is redeemed at the retailer. But if you nominate a family name when you apply anyone in the family can use it. In my experience none of the retailers ever actually checked the card, and we always got the relevant discount.
Not sure if this is still current policy or maybe they want you to buy an additional card for an extra £2 (see homepage). Still excellent value when looking at the savings possible over the year.0 -
I bought one of these books last year from a work colleague and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The savings I made over the year from the various discounts paid for the book 3 or 4 times over. Oh and at the same time a worthy cause is benefiting.0 -
Just wait 'til you get bombarded by every Tom, !!!!!! and Harriot trying to flog them to you. You get them from your baby's nursery, the kid's school, the church, anybody you know or work with flogging them for their nursery, school etc, all the causes obviously better than every other one. Will be happy to never see one again, whatever happened to raffle tickets for god's sake.0
