Best games for ages 6 to 12 on nintendo wii

Hi....I am buying a wii for xmas for my kids to share ages 6 to 12 and don't want to waste money on rubbish games....are there any you would recommend, i don't mind if they old releases,thanks in advance.
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

    cooking mama is really good for that age group as the recipe list just goes on and on forever. They will get bored but it's great to pick up after a week of not playing and love it all over again.

    wii play is great fopr younger children as is carnival games.
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
    Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

    Hi me and my family are great fans of the wii, the games I think that are best for the kids are: Mario and Sonic at the olympics, Beach Sports- only about £12 online, and Playground games, which is brill for the kids but great for everyone. My kids also like Rayman 1 & 2. Hope this helps.

    I would recommend Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures - my kids 9 and 11 have been at this for hours.
    Also Rayman Raving Rabbids is a good family entertainer with lots of fun use of the controller. And Super Mario Galaxy was a favourite too.
