From our last email about the Royal Mail strike alot of you that were not on the General Newsletter list have asked about the "Closing down" information. Below is an email that was sent to all Newsletter subscribers, so apologies if you have already received this information.

As many of you are aware back in March my daughter was born 9 weeks premature. Due to this and some other personal problems i am closing the website on 31st July 2007. This is not a decision that i have taken lightly but it is a decision that allows me far more time to enjoy my family.
I would like to thank you all for your custom over the past few years.

29th July 2007 - Last day for "Order only items" to be purchased from our website.
31st July 2007 - Last orders accepted on our website.

Just ordered a full set of cartridges (6) for Epson R220 from www.valueshop.co.uk for £35.99 + £1. 49 P+P with 5-7 working days delivery. Great value if you don't need them straight away. Still works out cheaper than some sites with "free delivery"

I have recently bought an Epson DX4400 printer. I have just finished using the epson ink it came with and tried to install a compatible ink cartridge, but it did not work. I think it was because the ink was for printers bought before April 2007. I am looking to buy compatible ink for my printer but do not wish to make the same mistake twice. My printer takes T711-T714 ink-can anyone please help?

I bought compatables from ND and the colour faded after a few prints. I was sent a replacement and put it in thursday but today (sunday) it wont print properly. what should be pink is coming out yellow/green.I think compatables are a complete waste of money and I'm going to buy the genuine ones now.So disappointed because I bought the c48 because I thought compatables were a good idea but after this disappointment it may be throwing good money after bad if I were to try a different one. What do you think.

Epson CX5400 and Epson Photo Stylus 890

Don't mind if they are original Epson or just ones that are compatible.

They are usually competitive pricewise, and the service is excellent. Whenever I place an order, the cartridges arrive the next day probably because they are actually in the UK and not Jersey.

I've used JetTec compatibles for years and the quality is excellent.

Yes, but compare the retail price of PC world, and I think you will find even with that offer, you can buy cartridges much cheaper from quite a number of online retaillers.
