1. The competition will close on 7th August 2008 at 6AM.
2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK, except employees of FilmFlex Movies Ltd, Virgin Media Ltd, Momentum Pictures and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to this competition.
3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules. FilmFlex Movies Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules.
4. The grand prize is for a romantic break for two adults to Castle Leslie, near Dublin, Ireland plus hotel accommodation at the Hunting Lodge for 3 nights. Prize also includes all meals, a 2 hour equestrian activity for three sessions, a 55 minute grip fast massage for both guests, rental car hire, a tom tom sat nav and £500 spending money.
The winner can choose to travel from 15th August 2008 to 30th November 2008.
All dates are subject to availability, if the chosen dates or advertised locations are not available, we reserve the right to offer alternatives of the same standard.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion have a valid i.d. and/or other necessary travel documentation and have valid travel insurance for the duration of the trip. The winner will be responsible for his or her own transport to and from the airport in the U.K.

5. The winner for the competition will be selected at random.
6. The judge’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. FilmFlex Movies Ltd will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.
8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
9. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by FilmFlex Movies.
