Overcharged and small claims

Hi

I've been overcharged consistently for over 3 years by virgin media. If i take them to small claims court what exactly can i claim for aside the actual amounts ive been overcharged.

You can claim interest on the amount you are owed from the date you asked them to return the money.

Also the fees you have paid to issue the claim and pay for any subsequent hearing.

If it goes to a hearing and you win you can then claim your travelling expenses to court as well as a maximum of £50 for any lost earnings whilst you attend the court.

Should add that expenses to attend court are at the discretion of the judge.

If you don't claim them you definitely won't get them!
