Presents for a 17 year old boy...

My brother is about to turn 17, well a month away but I like to be organised! I have a budget or around £40 - £50 but i'm really stuck as for what to get him!
He doesn't have any hobbies except playing on the computer ( I mean he's on that thing 17 hours a day!) he also works in a computer shop. He's not interested in clothes.
Am totally stuck and it's driving me mad!

How about a gliding lesson - you never know he might just like it and it might prise him away from the computer.
  • How about asking him... ? There might be a game he wants to buy or something similar

What about a couple of driving lessons seeing as he's turning 17. YOu could also get him some L plates and any other driving bits.

Are there no bands he is interested in? You could always get him a concert ticket. My son is 16 and often purchases concert tickets for his friends birthdays.

Get him a harmonica. I would recommend champagne also, but someone is going to call me irresponsible.
  • I have the same problem with my brother - he is a bit older (22) but he just plays computer games! I never know what to buy him as a computer game isn't very original in my eyes.

Buy him a nice wallet? Or a scarf?
