Hip Flasks in poundland

I just bought a little hip flask from poundland. Stainless steel (4oz)about 3 inches by 2 inches by half an inch wide.
They would be excellent for putting with a little bottle of whisky or whatever for christmas presents.

They've had these for sale for ages.

I bought one in early January to go skiing with

Went to fill it up with whiskey, and it leaked around the base quicker than I could fill it up.

Took it back. I know it was only a pound, but it was the principle. Poundland very apologetic and gave me an exchange no trouble whatsoever.

Took it home and filled it with whiskey. Put it in my coat pocket and found it leaked the entire contents into my ski jacket due to a dodgy fitting cap.

Took it back again and given a refund. What with the cost of the whiskey and the price to clean the ski jacket, was the most expensive pound I ever spent! :mad:
