Write a list Sar, then prioritise them by A, B, C's
Do all the A's (things that MUST be done)
then the B's-things that have to be done but not as urgently,
then the C's, if you have a chance-they can move up to B's or A's in a few days.

Well, I have decided I am going to have a couple if mental health days as frankly, I need them...sorry work!
I am going to do housework, need to hoover, iron and laundry and then get ready for date-slowly and make myslef look extra special so feel confident...still unsure of what to wear but will decide later I guess.
