Ideas for Money Making!

I imagine there has been a thread like this before, but haven't been able to find it.
Could anyone share their (legal!) ideas for making extra cash in addition to a full time job. The obvious ones that spring to mind are part time jobs, ebay/car boot sales, but I wondered if anyone had any more creative ideas?
I actually get a nice long holiday over Xmas, and would like to spend the time earning some serious cash to put towards debt - so will be able to devote full time hours to something for approx 6 weeks
Thanks!

What's your job? Can you do it for someone else during your break? I'm a journalist and do shifts at national newspapers to bring in extra money, for example.
Get a job at a pub/shop as they always need extra staff over Christmas?
Babysitting/cleaning/odd jobs - advertise in local paper?
Rent out your house and live at a mate's? *joke*
