Evening all,
Yes - I am aware that it's only just summer  ! However I'm being very MSE and hand making all my pressies this year. Given that I have a large family - and I'm doing post-grad course from August - I have to get a move on!
I'm looking for CLEAR GLASS baubles as I'm going to decorate the insides with family photos and glitter. I have seen cheap plastic ones but they won't look as good.
Looking for baubles like this one:

12 for 7 pounds 5 pence - anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Actually, The Poundshop sell them closer to christmas. I rekon you would be lucky to find any now at a reasonable price. Good luck with the hunt tho'

Are you getting these in Japan? If your back in the UK The christmas shop open all year round by London Bridge Station might be worth a try0

i would try ebay, do a search for clear baubles
also, sometimes with the old glass baubles if you soak them in a bleach water solution you can get the paint to come off, i'd heard of people doing this in order to get clear ones to decorate the insides of0 -
Thanks I will certainly try the bleach/water as we have tons of baubles stored awayNothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

Just got some baubles from B&Q they are clear/iredescent? and cost £2.98 for 6, little larger than the usual baubles but not huge.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

Anyone have any luck finding these? I've tried B&Q, Homebase, Boots, TK Maxx, Matalan, Factory Shop etc and no joy anywhere.
I live in a rural market town and no Poundshop close by, though would travel to Ashford, Kent [1 1/2 hrs round trip!] if I knew they were there.
I want to insert some vintage contents and also natural bits of pine/berries etc to go inside the clear baubles. Coloured ones everywhere, but no clear that I can find...
I'd be grateful of some pointers
Thanks!
