Help Coming To The End Of My Fixed Rate ,what Now ?

Hi Everyone Hope You Can Give Me Some Advice . Me And My Wife Are Coming To The End Of Our Fixed Rate Of 4.79% With Cheltenham And Glos At The End Of September. What Is Our Next Step We Are In A Good Position In That The House Is Worth Around 200,000 And The Mortgage Is For 118000 But Its Still Over 25 Years. Advice Would Be Welcome Thanks.

    youve got plenty of equity in your property all you can do is shop around for the cheapest deal, but i dont think you will get anything near 4.79.

    You should have no problem getting a deal, but it will probably be about 6.5 percent, dont your current lender do loyalty deals?
