File transferred to RTLU?

Hi all

Had a letter today saying our file is being transferred to the RTLU.

I thought that only people with assets were transferred? We have/had a house, but its in major neg. equity so there won't be any money and we haven't had an IPA imposed by the OR.......

Just wondering why/what the significance is in this?

    Wow that was quick MC, they OR usually passes you over to the trustees once they've finished with you!

    Even in negative equity it still has to be dealt with so that is what the RTLU will do.

    As Peachy says that was really quick so there is obviously no problems.
