I have entered all the words but it wouldn't accept Ducks, has that happened to anyone else? I have tried several times and logged out and back in...a real mystery.

Sorry love, No ones mentioned that problem so far. Have you maybe already entered 24 passwords? When you login it will tell you how many you've entered

Id say no, Id imagine that if you had all the tokens you would have posted them off to enter comp as a postal entry.
