General purpose cleaner spray

I just want a spray bottle cleaner for general things like cleaning my mobile phone, or cleaning dust and dirt off of surfaces like the tv or the table.
I know flash do multi purpose spray but thats quite expensive and i was looking for a own brand one but the only one i could see was just called 'antibacterial cleaner' and it was see through the liquid has no colour. Is this the same sorta thing as the flash multi purpose?
I dont mind buying a cheap own brand spray as its less than £1 and convenient but i want to get the right one. The other ones I saw were like bathroom and kitchen sprays but i'm just after a general cleaning spray.
Any suggestions?

I bought some empty spray bottles from the gardening section and filled them myself, I have one with diluted stardrops and one with diluted dettol. both seem to cover pretty much all jobs.
Hope that helpsAll comments and advice given is my own opinion and does not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation.

I do the same as Wonder_Girl, I gave up on buying loads of different cleaning materials and just use either stardrops, dettol or bleach. Plus you can buy all three for less then one bottle of flash:cool:
