Odd email from Virgin Vie

I've had a few WEMs from Virgin Vie with £10 or £5 vouchers, and had a couple telling me I'd won and the prize would be sent shortly, but today I've had this:

Congratulations! We're delighted to confirm you’re a winner with the Virgin Vie At Home competition www.winwithvie.co.uk.
We will contact you at this email address within the next 21 days to confirm your prize details.
Has anyone else seen one like this?

Many thanks for getting in touch with us regarding this issue. We have had a number of fraudulent uses of these voucher codes which has led us to have to cancel off a large amount of cash on account, and this has unfortunately affected your account.

Please do not worry, if you have won a voucher as part of our 'Wish You Were Here? competition we shall be in touch shortly with a voucher email. This will direct you as to how to logon to our site where your cash on account will be waiting for you to spend.

No voucher code will be needed in future, as any winning vouchers will simply be added automatically against the winning email address and you will be informed of this via email. Please do note that the vouchers are explicitly given out by Email address. At this stage you can simply pop online and make a purchase!

We apologise that we have had to cancel off your vouchers, as always a few people have found a loophole, taken advantage and ruined this for everyone else.
