can anyone recommend an orthodontist in wgc? or nearby. Do you feel the costs were reasonable? I will have no choice but to go private. £xxxx

Hi w-w I live in WGC. My grandchildren go to an orthodentist in Harpenden.

They are very good but I don't know about costs as they are young and don't have to pay. The dentist in WGC recommended that practice.

There's also a good one in Stevenage. Recommended by other dentists.

If you have a dentist ask which orthodentists they recommend. If not contact PCT at Charter House Parkway WGC and they will advise you re costs and where the orthodentists are.

Try the dentist at Woodhall. She's very good and takes NHS patients.

I've just changed dentist this year, from NHS to private - I go to Beehive now and I love my new dentist, he's fantastic, and the practice seems far better than where I've been going for the last 30 odd years! I'd definitely recommend it! Unbelievably it's cost less than my previous NHS dentist - seems they were just trying to create work!!
