Help needed with Equifax credit report

Dear All,
I have signed up for a months trial of the credit monitoring system with Equifax and have been looking at my credit history, which is all over the place! I need some help sorting this out as my credit isn't actually as bad as i thought it was, a bonus me thinks!!
Firstly they have me registered as current at 3 addresses in edinburgh, and not at my current address either. Do i just file a notice of dispute to get them to change that?
Next, there are 2 old accounts from the carphone warehouse for talk talk that I have never used as the account was cancelled by myself before it was connected. So should they still be there?
Nextly, my dad share the same name as me, he is Thomas King and I am Thomas Alexander.
My mum and dad are seperated and in helping my mum get a notice of dissaciation from my dad we noticed that me and my mum are connected as having a loan from hfc bank. which we don't it is my dad that has the loan. So i filed a notice of disassociation to get it removed and they came back saying there system wouldn't allow them to remove it as ther was too many simalarities, but they have added a notice of correction about this stating that there is no financial connection between me and my dad, which is fine. However now when I requested a new credit report all of my dads accounts are now on my history and they are all defaulted. So i went from having 1 current default to 7 current defaults in the account section.
How do i get this fixed? These debts are most definitly not mine.
I also received a letter from GE capital bank which is one of the debts saying that i must make payment immediately or they are taking me to court. I tried to call them to say that they had the wrong Thomas Bathgate but they wouldn't discuss it with me due to data protection. So i wrote to them stating that it wasn't my debt, that my dad did not live at that address and that they should chase me for a debt that was not mine, and if they had registered the debt at that address with any credit agency that they should remove it. I gave them 28 days to do this and said if they didn't do this I would report them to the FSA for false information.
I was feeling so good as well, sorted all my debts with payplan, cut my monthly outgoings by £150 and was feeling good about taking control of my money now to be hit with all the stuff.
Can anyone help me? Pwease
Tom
PS Apologies for my spelling, i'm not a very good speller

Not sure about all of that, but I know about the same name as the Dad thing.
If you click on the query button in Credit expert, for the first item you wish to dispute, it will come up with a page for you to type.
Give them the full details of your Dad, Name, DoB etc, and all of the other instances that need to be removed.
It will take them a couple of weeks to verify, but they will go to each of the listed companies and check Dates of Birth, NI numbers etc to verify if indeed this person is not you.
Once done, they remove all of the necessary information. It takes a while but the Creditexpert system is very good and they will definitely sort it all out for you.0
