left over tacos help!

Tried some tacos as they were on offer instead of those flat wraps, but kids and oh decided they didn't like them much. Any ideas to use them up disguised somehow or store them longer so I can eat them for lunches over time?
Thanks

ok i usually do this which left over tortilla chips but im guessing they are the same thing i also make this with leftover chilli
so place you chilli in a oven dish place one layer of lasagne sheets then another layer of chilli then top with tortilla chips then grate cheese over the top then place in the oven for 20 minutes
so just crush the tacos for the tortilla chip topping and i use homemade pasta so i dont know how long it will take with dried but its just an idea

I'd do a walking taco.
The idea with walking taco is that you have it in a bag and can eat it on the move, but we do it in bowls.
You do minced beef with taco seasoning, refried beans, cheese, lettuce, chillies, red peppers, sour cream, etc. (anything that grabs you really). Put the tacos into bags and crush them slightly, then add whatever toppings take your fancy, shake the bag up, and eat it on the move. As I say, we do it in bowls for dinner, or for parties make it up in advance in a casserole dish or similar, but the customising bit is the fun bit, really.0 -

I would be tempted to crush them and add them with cheese to a topping for a pasta bake? It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0
