£4 off Fuel at Tesco Ends 6/7/08

Did you get one of those £4 off £40 shopping coupons in your Tesco clubcard points?

Well, because we're such great moneysavers these days, we rarely spend £40 on our weekly shop.

However, reading the T&Cs on the back of the coupon, although it says you can't use them against Esso Fuels, you can in fact use them in the regular Tesco garage!

So in case you're holding on to one and you don't know what to do with it, now's your chance!

BTW my first voucher does not run out until 13/07

With my last set of clubcard vouchers I got 3 x £4 off £40 vouchers - one for the middle of June, one for the end of June and one which finishes tomorrow.

Edit: Yes, I have the receipt in front of me saying was £71.95 now £67.95

Here's another bargain tip too - I also got a 25 points coupon for buying Muller Rice which is currently on Half Price (27p)

I got 6 vouchers 1 ends 13th july one from 14th to 20th (That ones £6) then every week after to a total of 6 weeks.

It has the same wording on the back.

I always use my double points voucher on fuel. Didn't get one with the mailing this time.

I did a big shop today, though and got the 5p-off-a-litre voucher, and my diesel still cost me £94.45!!!


ETA: I don't think you will be able to use it at a Tesco Express petrol station (I think they are run by Esso) - only a superstore station.

Thanks for post, pity i didnt see it yesterday!! I had the vouchers didnt use them cos i didnt spend that much. they have expired and i have ditched them, however i will know for future, thanks, good tip re douple points coupon, i have never thought to use on fuel purchases..........doh!!
