Quick question - going from weekly to monthly pay

Someone up there must have been listening to my pleas! As my husband earns considerably more than I do, his wage is paid into the 'bills' account. He was getting £334 weekly so I had arranged for direct debits to be coming out in different weeks. Even though his income over the year exceeded outgoings we seemed never to be in front...anyway, I digress.
He found out this week that he wont be getting paid this Thursday (bit short notice) and he would be going onto monthly pay as of next Friday (21st). He will apparently (quote) "be getting a full month's wage" and will continue being paid on the second to last Friday of every month. I'm therefore planning on trying to change as many direct debits to 28th as I can.
So, is it worked out like this?
weekly pay after tax = £334. Multiplied by 52 weeks = £17368. Divided by 12 months = £1447.33 per month.
I hope it is because it looks like I will have £200 per month to put into my budget pots, which is something I have never been able to do before.

yep should work out like you calculate. monthly pay is a lot easier to deal with! years ago I got paid 4 or 5 weekly, in advance, depending on how many Mondays there were in the month!
