    What I did was...

before looking at the forms I knocked up a spreadsheet with my monthly income and expenditure, list of creditors, bank accout details ect.

Posted my IandE on here and the kind people tweaked it for me.
Also put my statement up for others opinion.
Registered on the insolvency website and did them online.
When I got stuck I posted here and again the kind people answered it for me.

You cant complete it unless you start it if you know what i mean. And its better for it to be done and all the information in a folder in advance of your court day then you dont have to worry about finding things/printing things off last minute.

If you are filling in the paper forms, then these might help. But they can't cover everyone's circumstances, so ask if you get stuck.

    Hi Gina,

I believe that if you book an appointment with a debt advisor at the CAB someone will sit down with you and help you fill them out. We also offer free help with forms if you are a CCCS client.

Is there any one part you are struggling with? I'm sure we can all try and help you with specific parts if that helps?

    Regards,
    CCCS

Crossed post with Fermi there. The example forms should offer a good idea of what to write, but feel free to give us a shout if you get stuck

I did them online, and did a chunk at a time - that way they weren't quite as overwhelming. Also posted my I&E on here and asked lots of questions!! :D

    Hi Gina,

Do them online it's a whole lot easier, I took one look at the paper one's and went as white as they were! lol. I too kept putting them down for another day! At least online you can do a section at a time then save it as you go. You can still go back and make changes too.

It's also a lot easier to understand. I got as many statements and account No's as I could, and filled them in. When they asked me the date opened I just put the closest I remember as they we're so long ago and she was fine with this.

I was very confused when I first came on here, but everyone helped me and I got through them slowly but ok, and the OR said they we're very organised which I thought was really funny as I wished she had of seen me a couple of weeks ago nearly pulling my hair out haha

All the best, hope you manage them ok. Any questions fire away and I'll get my papers back out lol
Me before I found this forum  And me after going through BR with everyone's help :j
