For the moment dont send anything to F1. Please Iggle. They will bombard you with letters but honestly hold out until you see if you have any charges to claim back. Just send the request for CCA for time being. And dont sign it. Even if the charges dont cover all this debt it will at least reduce it. Dont forget you can go back 6 yrs.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Not yet because I can't afford the £10 till Tuesday, it's top of my list of things to do then though! I'll probably get the letters ready over the weekend so I can send them off straight away.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Hi thanks for the replies, yes I have had charges put on there since i started the token payments in jan (added them up the other night £72 - didn't have any before that, I checked all statements) They were £12 each month.
They refused to Put me on a proper reduced payment programme as i couldn't afford what they were asking. So i should be asking for them back now the account has been referred??Was planning on claiming back as have done successfully with bank before but didn't know when i could do it with this card.
Much appreciate all the advice, its a minefield to me!0 -
Meant to say the amount owing is £2966.79 and the limit is £3,0000
