    With the new legislation on the Consumer credit act, companies must calculate settlement figures in a certain way and must also rebate a proportion of any admin fees so you should not find an early settlement figure too onerous at all.

    if its an ordinary personal loan then they can charge a months extra interest. If however, it's HP then you can only cancel and give back the car after paying half the total amount due.
