I ordered two phones in my name yesterday and they went through fine.... couldn't order a third one so my sister ordered it for me.... it all went thru fine, order was dispatched to warehouse etc but then they said it was out of stock but will try and get it to me as soon as possible.0

I ordered one yesterday morning about 11.00 but still haven't received any e-mails from them. They have taken the money from my credit card but I have no way of tracking the order as the links only take you to DHL's website but as I haven't had any e-mails I don't have a tracking number so I can't check when or if it will arrive.
I suppose I will need to try and phone them tomorrow0 -

Well I phoned them. Yes they have taken my order and my money has been taken from my account but they don't have any handsets. They also do not have any delivery date for when they will be getting more in stock.
If I want I can cancel or choose something else or if they haven't had them in in a fortnight they will refund my money.
I thought the last time I ordered a phone from them they took the money after the order had been processed and was being shipped and not before but maybe I am wrong.
Why do they accept orders when they don't have the stock to supply them?0 -
I take it you have to sign up for the cheapest contract then get the phone?0
