Help they are fleecing me!

This is about wantglasses.co.uk
if you ask me, they want glassing.
I ordered three pairs of glasses.
one pair - they sent the wrong frame
2nd pair-frame was way too big for my face (was bigger than pic on website).
3rd pair ok.
They told me to send them back and all will be sorted with exchanges for both.
So I did.
Lo and behold, get a letter with 2nd pair sent back saying tough luck you ordered them you keep them.
No sign of pair Nunber one.
And guess what? They changed the terms and conditions on web recently to reflect their stance that no free exchange if you aren't satisfied blah blah.
It wasn't the case when I ordered.
So this is a warning and a request for help. About £30 out of pocket.
