hi all, this is the first time i've posted on this site, so bear with me!, lol.
ok, i bought a wahing machine machine in may 2003, which i paid though a coin meter on my tv, after that bought a dyson, in nov 03, (only found out today it cost me £1715!), anyway bought a few things after that, but have recently found out that the company kept refinancing everything i bought so i'm still paying for a washing machine and hoover that i got 5 years ago, so what i want to know is can they do that?, i've rang a few customer/debt companies for some general advice but no one knows, also we got into arrears for about a year, not enough money in the coin meter, but now we're back on our feet, they came for a payment last month and took out nearly £190, and that will continue for the next 6 months, so just wondering should they come up with some sort of agreement of how much they take back, or can they just do this?, thanks for reading

Yes, you have had an agreement from the start. If you, and they, don't have an agreement they can't prove you owe them anything. And on the other hand you can't prove you have paid all you owed.
If you haven't agreed how much you will pay, and how many payments you will make how will you know when it's paid off?
It sounds to me like you are renting the items not buying them!!!!!0
