still not had details of OR interview?

8 days now since BR, OR phoned on the day spoke for 5 mins stated she would be in touch regarding interview (if required).Still not heard anything how long should I wait?:eek: Should I contact her?

I wouldn't worry too much.. they are probably quite busy. Unless there are any questions you want to ask then there's no reason to contact just yet.

If you don't hear anything in a week or two it might be worth a call just to make sure things haven't been lost in the post!

Post just arrived with package from IS.
OR interview 23rd July 2pm,just have to forward 12 months statements of each outstanding debt. debts now more than on original statement. Well I know what I will be doing with the rest of today.

If I start new job will have to book half day holiday!!!!!:eek:

Well that was good timing... just as you were beginning to get worried


Usually when you start a new job you can get them to honour any pre booked holiday... so if you get it just tell them that you have something booked for that afternoon and they should be fine.

I had that problem too, done four days at my new job when had to take half day for th OR interview

I assume ok to send printed statements for online creditors?
i have also had a letter from acompany called The Bankruptcy Protection fund Ltd.Stated after prev contact re BR can now assist with OR interview.
I NEVER contacted them!!!!!!!

IGNORE that letter from the bankruptcy protection fund, they are vultures who prey on people when they are at their most vulnerable!

I think printed statements will be ok, anything you don't have though the OR will be able to get direct

Haha, I get letters from them every couple of weeks, just bin them

Printed statements will be fine, I didnt have most of my statements, the OR will get what's missing direct from your creditors

when will the phone calls stop!!!!!:mad:
LloydsTSB are ringing every half hour I have my phone on permanent answerphone.If the bank they hang up if the credit card they ask me to contact regarding an 'Urgent business matter'.........:eek:

I rang shortly before BR explaining I was unemployed (Asian Call Centre)
and they were very rude,refused to listen so I hung up.

any ideas when this will stop?????

The OR has about 8 weeks to contact your creditors so can take a while.

Can you send them a copy of your stamped BR petition? (I didn't bother but a few on here have)
