Pap/Moozie's What have/will you spend Thursday 3rd July?

Good morning folks :p

Another lovely sunny day:T

Hubby coming home tonight & we are off on our Pontins hol tomorrow:D

I don't envisage spending anything today as put £50:eek: of petrol in last night, but this is out of holiday spends & we will need it to get there & back & mooch about, should have some left though - hope so anyway:o

Will be paying my £48 in £2 coins into the bank today to cover the money I spent on DD's school uniform.

So other than budgeted spends or £2 coin spends - should be a NSD

Have a good day & don't spend too much;)
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Hi Kizzy, hope you have a lovely break at Pontins:D

Today I have spent: £10 on petrol (astronomical running my car at the moment as it is a 2.5 litre. Need to change asap for smaller diesel one).
£9.99 on tape dispenser gun for packing, £2 on brown tape rolls, £2 on sweets (naughty):o and £7.23 on milk, coffee sugar and facial wipes at Lidl.

Hopefully that should be it for today though.;)
Total debt at May 08 - £28,934.53

Just parking fees today which is an extravagance because I couldnt get out of bed in time to get the bus. £4.80 + petrol instead of £2.20 fares. Brought my lunch in with me which was good. No more money will pass my hands.

    Hi everyone.

Kizzy, I hope you have a good holiday.

I need to get petrol today so £20 for that. I've also got to go and buy one of those electric shaver plug thingies as XBF took his when we split and now I can't charge my toothbrush.

I'll need to buy lunch as well. I made a big batch of chilli last night and had it sitting in a little plastic dish, ready to bring with me today. Only I forgot it. Eejit!

Hi kizzy, and everyone :hello: :hello: :hello:

    kizzy - I hope you have a great holiday :T :T

Once again I fnd myself having to apologise for my absence - I've really got a lot of things on at the moment - I'm not skiving - honest.

I am continuing on my DFW quest, and am spending only on necessary things - unfortunately I did have to spend £4.50 yesterday on a new inner tube for my bike - shop offered to fit it, but then told me that they would charge £10, plus VAT for this 'service', so I fitted it myself - it took less than ten minutes. It does not make me happy to see that you can be just as easily 'ripped off' on bicycle repairs as on car repairs.

However - I won £10 on the lottery (£1 lucky dip) so I feel a bit better.

It's payday tomorrow - I've got Saturday and Sunday off, so it is most most definitely a 'Chinese Take-away' on Saturday - might even stretch to a bottle of wine.

Have a great day everyone

Hi everyone. Will be spending £1.20 ish on a grow bag for my pepper plants and tomato plant for the garden - never grown them before so should be interesting, also off to get a few bits and pieces from the co-op later so now more than £10. Hopefully that will be it.

Hello everyone! A not-very-impressive £14 on dry-cleaning. Makes you wonder why you pay to wear a suit to work sometimes when you could sit at home all day for free, doesn't it!
That should be it for the rest of the day as I have to work this evening (wearing a pristine suit!)
    Overpay!
