One more question before tomorrow!

I have read that company's I owe money to must be put on the form.
I have DD's due to come out of the bank on the 8th & 10th July. I go to court tommorrow. I am assuming that the account will be frozen, so I was going to pay the one bill tomorrow morning over the phone - not giving the true reason, but just saying the account is closing.
The other bill can't be paid until my daughter gives me the money for it (next Tues).
Do I have to put this last one down on the form? I really don't want to.
Thanks.
Deb

Hi Debs,
You can phone them today and cancel the DD, tell them you will ring them on payment day and pay by card, or cash at the post office and will be setting up a new direct debit once you have your new account details. Just tell them you've had problems with your bank and are opening a new account.
You won't need to put either on your form because they won't be late until after BR date.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
