Thanks debt doctor,
Yes Ive posted on here about it all before as Im trying to get as much info as I can.
We are currently paying this creditor £235 a mth as part of a dmp out of a total of £411. This will be increased as and when we can.
I am currently trying to tart the house up with a view to sell it but I fear we wouldn't get enough for it.
Im now going to try to live as we would of if this hadn't happened and then if it does happen we will have to deal with it. It is easier said than done though.
There isn't much info about on being made bankcrupt by a creditor so we are going to see someone tomorrow who deals with businesses.
We have spoken to business debtline but their suggestion of an iva wouldn't of worked for us as our current suppliers wouldn't of carried on suppliying us if they had to agree to that. Plus this big creditor would never of said yes and they are over 75% of my ohs debt.
Anyway we have tried to have a normal day today by going shopping and watching the tennis. Just to keep our minds off it.....0
