:T could you sell anythingon ebay? my friend sells outsize clothes and makes a good profit.
I also sell tarot card readings on ebay. another good seller is vintage knitting patterns, you can pick them up really cheap in charity shops for about 10p and some of them especially dolls dressers etc can go for a couple of pounds each!! it doesn't sound alot, but it adds up over the month!

my mum sells crochets blankets and cardis and she also makes a good profit!

anyway, just an idea, good luck

    Things are looking positive then!
i suppose the few extra quid from car boot sales and mystery shopping if you have the time?
i would say you'd need the lodgings to be furnished.

as there's no students definately use gumtree.com, you can find your nearest city and find out how much people charge etc.

I am in Norwich and get £300 for students and £340 for non-students all inclusive of bills!:) definately helps.

I spoke to the manager at work today and found out I will be able to transfer to my local delivery office around October time. This means I could ditch the car and just use a bike!!!!

great news - that will make a huge difference to your budget!

Have you tried car sharing with anyone? OK, so you might have to chat about stuff- or you could just have a rule about listening to the radio (claim you're "not a morning person;)). Might help you get to October , when you might be able to move work location, with a few more £££ in your pocket. I'm sharing with a colleague at work- if we each do just 1 day a week we each save 20% of our commuting costs. This is an easier way to reduce costs than driving carefully (which is OK on the motorway, but difficult in teh stop-start of town traffic)

    Good Luck!
