Moussaka in pyrex-freezing?

Hi all, am just n process of making up a ton of moussaka-am going to make on to have tom night and then one to freeze (also going to be a couple of pasticcio but they will go in foil trays). If I put it in a pyrex do I cover it with foil or film before freezing? or do I just put the pyrex lid on it?
Not really sure-I have never actually frozen something in a pyrex dish before
