Warning - Dodgy email - Inland Revenue tax refund

I have just been on the phone to Inland Rev regarding an email I had this morning. The mail suggested I was due a £188.50 tax refund and should log into their website via a link given, to submit my refund request. It looked pretty genuine, even had the IR crest and written in green font just like theirs, but raised my suspicions as it didn't have any reference numbers or my Nat Insurance number shown.
