• Participants must be resident in the UK aged 25 years or over. To enter the draw, participants must register their details on the official entry form at https://www.mrandmrssmith.com/roadtrip-competition. Only one entry per person.
• There is one prize consisting of the use of a Saab 9-3 Convertible for the duration of your “Ultimate Road Trip” for a maximum of 4 days. Terms and conditions apply.
• The Hotel prize includes two nights accommodation in a standard double room, with breakfast, based on two people sharing a room, including dinner on both nights (three courses, not including wine) and taxes. It does not include incidental expenses, charges, additional meals or transfers to or from the Hotel.
• Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative dates will be issued and prize will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
• Prize winners must have a full current EU driving licence that has been valid for at least one year (endorsements will be considered on an individual basis).
• The Winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator from all the completed correct entry forms received by the Closing Date. The Draw will take place on 2nd September 2008. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified in writing or by telephone within 7 days of the draw.
• The Promoters will not be held responsible for any service interruption or delay or technical difficulties which may affect the electronic transmission of entries to the website.
• Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Any person wishing to enter the draw who does not have access to the internet should send an entry on plain paper to: The Saab/Mr&Mrs Smith “Win the Ultimate Road Trip” Competition, Direct Dialog, 78 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3RS, stating their name, address and date of birth and they will be placed in the draw. Only one entry per person. The Promoters will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed, mutilated, and illegible or lost in the post. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
• The Closing Date for the Competition is 1st September 2008.
• The Prize-winner will be chosen on 2nd September 2008.
• The Prize will only be awarded to the person named on the winning official entry form, and must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited, and entitle the Promoter to redraw another Winner without any liability whatsoever to the named person.
• The name and county of the Winner will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to: ‘The Saab/Mr & Mrs Smith “Win the Ultimate Road Trip” Competition’, Direct Dialog, 78 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3RS. Please include a self addressed envelope.
• The Promoters reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value should this prove necessary. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable.
• The Saab 9-3 Convertible vehicle to be used as part of the “Ultimate Road Trip” prize for a maximum of 4 days will be delivered to the Winner with a full tank of petrol. Thereafter, the Winner will be responsible for the petrol and oil consumed and all other costs to and after fulfillment of the prize not otherwise provided for herein, and will be required to ensure that the vehicle is ready for collection by General Motors UK Ltd on the date specified by the promoters.
• The Promoters reserves the right to photograph and use the name of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner hereby consent to the same.
• By entering the Promotion, all Participants confirm that they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part.
• Employees and their families of Saab Great Britain Limited, Mr & Mrs Smith and their associated companies, their dealers and agencies are not eligible for entry.
