Bank transfer to a foreign account (bank charges)

I've just received a letter informing me that I need to pay an invoice for my web hosting which I had forgotten about.

I need to pay £29.42, and they have provided me with their IBAN and swift code. Thing is, it costs £20 to do a bank transfer, which is a lot, when I'm only sending £29.42.

I was wondering if there was another way I could do this, without having to fork out the extra £20. Maybe they would accept cheque? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you issue a cheque your bank will charge you for settling with the foreign bank ie you will still pay the £20 fee.

The only cheap way is if they take a card payment.
