Virgin vie voucher question

I won a £10 voucher on virgin vie, spent it last weds (goods not turned up yet, bit slow!!) and now I have won another. I won them both legitimately but it's not letting me use the other one - says I've already claimed it because the codes are the same.
Is there anything I can do? My hubby won a £5 and a £7.50 and used them together fine because the codes are different. Is there anything I can do?
