    Hi Sam,

Aww hunni, listen we all get like that, I certainly do and none of us want to be in this position! Please dont be sorry for moaning as we are all here to bounce off each other and we know that each of us are going to have days when we are down.

At the min, they have not added interest so dont worry about what may happen and also, from my experience as an accountant and a credit manager, the creditors just want the capital paid back. The interest is just a bonus!

Not a bad spend day then hun and dont feel guilty for the little pleasures! I have spent £2.70 today but that was on stamps to send 2 payments of (reducing my debts by £60) and letters to my creditors to advise of my change of address!

We need one another on here to support each other when we get low moments!!!!

    You're going great guns!!!

Thanks Tony, normally I am a "worry about it if it happens" kind of person but for some reason I was totally fed up with the long term prospects today  .

DH came home tonight and said he has to go away on business next week which means he'll need an extra tank of fuel at £90  . We'll get this back on expenses (and make a small profit) but not until payday on the 31st.

This means we now have £129.00 to last us 3 weeks. So my challenge has changed from having £50 left to just managing to survive. This is where the DMP reality of no credit really hits home  .

You would think this would bring my mood down further but I'm actually feeling really positive. I can manage to do the short term balancing and we can look forward to a bit extra in his pay at the end of the month :D .

Going to have a cup of coffee and a choccy digestive now,
    Sam,
    x.

p.s. Well done on the small spend and the debt reduction, you're doing great!

Today looks like it's going to be a NSD :D and I'm feeling more cheerful.

This afternoon I'll see a friend who owes me £20 from a couple of months back, I'm going to pluck up the courage and ask her for it :o . I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to things like that so wish me luck  .

I notice this weeks poll is what's your favourite biscuit? I voted for Choccy Digestives, yummy :D .

Hi Sam, are you ok? Did you get your £20? Hope you did!

I had to put £10 petrol in this morning, but other than that, a NSD. I also got £10 off a work colleague who owed me sponsorship for my abseil which I paid in advance.

Just got in now at 8.30 so gonna have shower and eat and post later!

Well done on your NSD sweetie

I did ask her but I didn't get it  , and I ended up feeling all awkward and apologetic for asking :rotfl: . Told you I was a wimp :o .

Oh well, never mind, I had a NSD so another day closer to the end of the month ;) .

Well done, Tony, on having a balanced day. £10 out + £10 in is brilliant :T . Did you enjoy the abseil?

    9th July,

    Total spent = £90.91

    NSDs = 5
