My first NSD :j . I worked nightshift and have spent the day sleeping so no opportunity to spend, maybe that's cheating :rotfl:.

ok...so....my nsd and quick trip to lidls for milk turned out to be £40 of groceries, but I didnt buy things that wont get used and avioded all the nice things like cakes. That should how ever be me for a fair while, although Ive not much meat so guess that means Ill either be veggie for the month or spend more. mmmm.0

Didn't make it today as I knew I wouldn't. DS has gone to his prom night and needed a belt (which I got in TKMAXX) but also bought him some aftershave and some shampoo for me. Then it got worse... he couldn't find his shoes and decided they must have disappeared when he had his school bag stolen (at bbq after last day at school) so I had to buy shoes too. Then he remembered he must have left them at a friend's (who by then had left for the prom) so he had to wear the new ones.......... so a bad day all round!
Will do a bit better tomorrow though I need petrol and prefer not to have to get up mega early on Saturday (I have 150 miles to drive) or risk running out on the motorway so that won't count either.
Still only 4/5 more to go... I'll aim higher next month (assuming we're carrying on).somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
I realised I was talking about this forum too much at home when my younger sister said "I had a NSD today" ha ha. She has never been on here but knows the trms already.
Wish I had her ressolve, it's the sandwich shop... the orner shop... Whenever I bring in my own lunch theirs always looks so much nicer.
Must be strong... must be strong...
Or must leave purse at home :-)0 -
Count me in I am aiming for the full 5 NSDs in July!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Well, today was an nsd until I popped to Morrisons for a sugar fix (it's that time of month...). So £1 on a box of french fancies and 19p on some raspberry doughnuts.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
