Bankruptcy advice needed - URGENTLY

on the basis of this, if you decide to go Bankrupt, I would move back to England (easier to make yrself bankrupt here in England), OH get a lower paid job in Manchester, you will get back yr family life and can put all this behind you.
Like I said, it'll make no difference to you in Bankruptcy if earning 90k or 30k - the Receiver will take all excess income other than that you need to live (as others with actual experience have said, this need not be too un-generous).
You should be able to keep the house you own, even a car if needed for work, and you'll be living where you want to.
Then, when discharged after a year hopefully, get that higher paid job again and start afresh?

Don't forget, your Income Payments Agreement lasts for three years. If you get a higher paid job in that time then you have to inform the OR and any excess is taken from you.0

Thanks for that Kevker, I didn't know that.
A young family can live a nice low-stress life on 30k a year if you've no debts apart from the mortgage. Any job that pays 90k in your mid twenties is bound to come with a load of stress!
