Austrian Reindling

I have found a recipe for this yummy Austrian cake here http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Cookbook:Reindling
and intend to make it at the weekend. Just wondered if anyone could help me out as to what kind of flour I should use. It is a yeast cake, so strong bread flour, or plain flour. I assume not s/r due to the yeast already making it rise?

I would guess plain flour. I think "strong" bread flour just refers to the taste. I've used plain for bread and it still rises just as well.
The recipe sounds lovely. Hope it goes well!0
