Hi-discharged 2 weeks ago but 3 year BRU....during the next 3 years do I have NY chance of a mortgage-allbeit with a big deposit??

Comments

  • I believe the 3 BRU is added on the end of the years bankruptcy.
With todays credit problems and banks cutting back on lending i dont think your find anyone who will lend you the money.

Ive been discharged(a couple of weeks) and looking for a mortgage with OH and we have a very large deposit and finding it really hard to find anyone to lend us the money.
Chelsea said after a year they will look at us.

    Hope it helps

Can imagine the frustration, but the way the market is going, wouldn't it be better to wait until the house prices drop a little further? There was something on the news yesterday about plummeting figures for mortgage approvals so you're certainly not alone.
